These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bulma, a workforce management platform operated by Kame House AI ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bulma.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract to use Bulma. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bulma.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Bulma is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, depending on your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our refund policy.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate within Bulma. We process your data only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data, and we never use it to train AI models.
By using Bulma, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
All rights in the Bulma platform — including software, design, trademarks, and content created by us — remain our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you submit to us may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance. We may modify or discontinue features at any time; for material changes we will provide at least 30 days' notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kame House AI's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of Bulma is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kame House AI and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of Bulma, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. If you are accessing Bulma from another jurisdiction, you remain responsible for compliance with local laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Bulma after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
